Give a garden party

Invite the church and neighbours for teas and whatever you can sell on a stall. For us its chutney and jam from our garden and African crafts from CMS contacts and Traidcraft goods. As well as raising some money for CMS its an excuse to catch up with friends and neighbours or meet those we hardly ever see. Take flyers in person to the houses around as well as inviting all the church. Give free top-ups of drinks to encourage people to sit and chat.
